for larger projects
We appreciate that whilst every garden design is special, certain projects demand the highest levels of service, that’s why Lime Orchard Bespoke has been developed to address your needs.
Larger project, for example those with a value of around £50,000 or greater, require that the Construction Phase is preceded by an Estimating Phase, which can take up to 12 weeks and includes:
- Consultation and site visits to clarify and agree design details, construction process and specifications
- Preparation of a detailed report with costing and specifications, for your approval
- Production of Project Management Timeline
- Source materials, organising machinery and legal permissions, scheduling landscaping teams
- Management of all on-site operations including Health and Safety, legal permissions, and site welfare.
We work with teams of experienced, professional construction businesses nationally, that we have developed an excellent relationship with, so you can be confident of receiving the highest standards. We also source the best material and plants available so that you can be assured of quality and value. Lime Orchard can project-manage the whole process ensuring your peace of mind and the minimum of disruption throughout.
Our Bespoke Service includes the provision of our Project Manager and Designer, as required, to liaise with you throughout the Estimating phase, providing technical information to the contractors and specifications to suppliers before work can commence. Our approach, with the Designer involved throughout the development of the project, ensures the brief and clarity of vision is translated in to reality.
Bespoke is inclusive of developing your completed Lime Orchard Garden Design, without additional revision, to the build phase. However, as we move towards the Construction phase we appreciate your requirements may develop. We can also undertake any additional design work you may need, research and develop unique solutions and issue new specifications and re-tender as necessary.
