Calling All Garden Designers
November 2009
Bucking the current trend for doom and gloom in the local economy, a newly launched Nottingham based garden transformation company - Lime Orchard - is urgently looking for Nottingham & Leicestshire- based garden designers to help the award winning Lime Orchard continue its expansion plans.
Lime Orchard, was set up by Fiskerton based entrepreneur Judy Behl, the brains behind Scenic Blue, Britain's first domestic garden design and construction franchise which was sold in 2006.
Commenting on the success to date, Judy Behl says "the recession has meant that a lot of homeowners are choosing to not move but improve their existing properties, and that has had a positive knock on effect on our business. In addition to designing dramatic outdoor rooms for domestic clients, we are also focussing our energies on working with local schools to create educational but fun outdoor learning zones".

The Lime Orchard garden design team is headed up by Oakham based Ian Dexter, the designer responsible the RHS Silver Gilt medal winning “Marshalls Living Street” show garden at this year’s RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Since the company’s inception in April this year, business has been booming and more garden designers are required to join Lime Orchard’s prestigious national garden design team.
