1. Garden Design Consultation Service - £150.00

Our Garden Design Consultation is the ideal first step in Refreshing Your Garden! Meet with an experinced, professional garden designer in the comfort of your home. You tell us your needs and aspirations for you garden and our team will provide you with practical and stylish ideas and suggestions on how to achieve them.

• We start by sending you a questionnaire in advance of the meeting to help you think about your needs and
  get the most from the visit. You will need to complete the questionnaire and return it to us prior to your consultation
• The designer will visit at a convenient time and spend 1-2 hours with you, to ensure he/she comes away with an accurate understanding of your specific needs.
• We will discuss ideas and advise on how to deal with some of issues that can impact on realising a plan
• Our designer will take some basic measurements, and details about your garden to start the planning process
• Following the meeting you will receive a written summary of the project and our proposal to design your
  garden.

For some projects, this consultation may be enough for you to get started on building a garden yourself. However, you may wish to have a detailed design produced by us to provide a plan to work to,
then it's time for the next step...

 

 

2. Full Design Service - from £395

Every garden is different, therefore, we provide a bespoke proposal and costing for each project. Our starting price is indicative of a garden (or part of garden) that is up to 200 square meters and free from significant complications (such
as level changes or drainage issues).

• Simply complete the Acceptance Form provided and return to us with your payment
• The designer will progress a concept drawing and you will receive a draft for approval
• We ask for your feedback and then make any amendments required
• You receive a complete hand-finished scale drawing COLOURED with annotations of features and materials
  and planting indicated in general terms (e.g. herbaceous border or specimen tree)
• We then undertake any optional services you request, such as detailed planting plans, perspective
  drawings or construction details • We check that you are completely satisfied with your design

Garden design is both a creative and technical process, that takes years of training and experience to perfect. A good design will save money by ensuring practical construction and cost implications are taken in to consideration when creating your dream garden. Putting right a poorly planned garden can cost a great deal more than getting it right first time around. We also agree the budget for your garden, before work starts so there are no nasty surprises at the end

How long does it all take?
The time required to design a garden does vary, depending on factors
such as complexity of the project, the need for third party input and your availability to discuss amendments. We aim for
every customer to receive their initial visit from a designer within two weeks of a request. The typical design will then be completed in 6-10 weeks.

The three levels of service are:

2. Garden design and production of a construction specification to enable tenders to be obtained from local
   recommended contractors
3. Garden design and production of a construction specification to enable tenders to be obtained from local recommended contractors. Selection of the most suitable contractor for your project and full project
   management of the project to completion
